3 days, 3 nights, 3rd year - Codecamp 2017

In Pohnstorf Manor We really felt at home in Alt Sührkow from 5th to 8th October. This was certainly not least due to the fact that Marcel (meeting-eating.de) has once again cooked very delicately for us this year. Take this opportunity, dear Marcel, thanks again and chapeau!
Compared to the previous two years, we focused a little less on completing smaller projects in teams, but more about trying out new things and leaving plenty of time to enjoy the days spent together outside the office.
Of course, exciting small developments have been developed as part of CodeCamp. For example, our two interns Birte and Pascal have developed a kicker scoring app with the support of Basti that runs on a Raspberry Pi. Jan programmed a mobile barcode scanner app — the first Android development for him. Frederic, Felix and Marc decided to continue internal Hanko Project to work. Among other things, Ole, Marian and Nico carried out a load test for a current customer project and then reported on the Tool Gatling. Paul also held a 10-minute talk Kubernetes — a platform for automated use, scaling and maintenance of application containers on distributed hosts. Perhaps some of the projects will find their way into our blog in the next few weeks.
