From vision to reality.

Cap3 GmbH was founded in August 2011. The name “Cap3” is a tribute to our management’s student days: “CAP3” was the abbreviation for the lecture hall building at Christian-Albrechts-Platz 3 in Kiel – the place where the first ideas emerged that later became reality. What started as a student vision has grown into an established software company with a clear mission: to actively shape the digital future.

Team spirit and a working atmosphere that is as collegial as it is productive have always been particularly important to us at Cap3. We have and always had a brilliant team and like to do activities together that add variety to everyday work.
