Backend Developer (m/f/d)

Cap3 GmbH is a modern, growing software company. We develop custom web and mobile solutions for clients in diverse industries. To expand our team, we’re seeking a Software Developer (m/f/d) with backend experience – ideally in Scala.
Your tasks
- You implement the requirements of our customers in close cooperation with our project managers
- Together with our frontend and mobile devs, you design interfaces (e.g. REST or GraphQL)
- You take part in team code reviews where you support each other
- You actively participate in the requirements analysis and the detailed design of the software to be developed
- You create automated tests and, together with our testing department, help ensure that the results meet high quality standards
- You are jointly responsible for the selection of technologies and keep an eye on current developments
Your profile
- Completed degree in computer science, media informatics or comparable qualification
- Very good knowledge of at least one of the Java, Scala, C# programming languages
- Experience in working with software testing methods and frameworks
- You are familiar with patterns and software architectures
- Practical experience with REST and GraphQL
- You are familiar with relational and/or document-based database systems
